1. What type of service does Shiftler Logistics provide?

Shiftler Logistics provides a number of transport services to customers around the world. Please refer to our Services page for more information.

2. How long will it take to deliver my shipment to another once it has been collected?

This depends on the service requested and the pick-up and delivery locations. Please contact us for further details.

3. What documents are needed to accompany my shipment?

All Shiftler Logistics shipments must be accompanied by a consignment note and package labels. All shipments that travel outside One State or Country must also be accompanied by an Insurance Cover. We Provide Insurance Cover.

4. Will my package be opened for inspection by Shiftler Logistics?

Shiftler Logistics operates an ‘unknown shipper policy’ for first-time customers. If you are shipping with Shiftler Logistics for the first time, your parcel needs to be left open for inspection by our driver to ensure the content is acceptable for transport through the Shiftler Logistics network. All parcels may be subject to security screening. This may include the use of x-ray, explosive trace detection and other security screening methods. Please note that any shipment may be opened by government agencies (such as customs, border security, or police) while in the care of Shiftler Logistics. Shiftler Logistics has no control over these requests except your have a Diplomatic Parcel.

5. What is Diplomatic Parcel or Shipping?

It is a kind of parcel or shipping method that won’t undergo any security screening by any authority. This Kind of shipping is open only for diplomatic parcel which won’t be open or scan at any port or entry or exit.
